Automated GDPR Contract Compliance Verification Using Knowledge Graphs
نویسندگان
چکیده
In the past few years, main research efforts regarding General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)-compliant data sharing have been focused primarily on informed consent (one of six GDPR lawful bases for processing). cases such as Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sharing, when might not be enough, many small medium enterprises (SMEs) still depend contracts—a basis that is often overlooked due to its complexity. The contract’s lifecycle comprises stages (e.g., drafting, negotiation, signing) must executed in compliance with GDPR. Despite active digital contracts, contract-based challenges contract interoperability sufficiently elaborated yet. Since knowledge graphs ontologies provide support discovery, we propose develop a graph-based tool verification (CCV). It binds GDPR’s legal contracts. addition, conducted performance evaluation terms execution time test validate CCV’s correctness determining overhead applicability proposed smart city insurance application scenarios. results CCV demonstrate tool’s practicability deployment real world minimum overhead.

Information systems might access, manage and record sensitive data about citizens. In addition, the pervasiveness of these systems is dramatically increasing and increasing thanks to the mobile and the IoT revolutions. However, several unintended data breaches are reported every week, and this might compromise the privacy, safety, and security of citizens. For all these reasons, the European Pa...

THE PRIVATIZATION OF THE UK’S power industry has necessitated a radical restructuring of the relationships between those who generate the power and those who distribute it to consumers. These now primarily commercial relationships are governed by complex contracts, consisting of many thousands of pages detailing the formulas used to calculate the payments from the supplier (the customer) to the...
متن کاملModelling Provenance for GDPR Compliance using Linked Open Data Vocabularies
The upcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires justification of data activities to acquire, use, share, and store data using consent obtained from the user. Failure to comply may result in significant heavy fines which incentivises creation and maintenance of records for all activities involving consent and data. Compliance documentation therefore requires provenance informatio...
متن کاملAutomated Verification with Abstract State Machines Using Multiway Decision Graphs
The presence of uninterpreted symbols in the logic means that we must distinguish between a state machine M and its abstract description D in the logic. A given abstract description D will determine a machine M for every interpretation ¢. For the purpose of hardware verification we are interested only in finite state machines (FSMs). However, an abstract description will represent infinite as w...
متن کاملMultiway Decision Graphs for Automated Hardware Verification
Traditional ROBDD-based methods of automated veri cation su er from the drawback that they require a binary representation of the circuit. To overcome this limitation we propose a broader class of decision graphs, called Multiway Decision Graphs (MDGs), of which ROBDDs are a special case. With MDGs, a data value is represented by a single variable of abstract type, rather than by 32 or 64 boole...
